D’Svelte Return & Exchange Policy
At D’Svelte, every piece is a statement of craftsmanship, individuality, and style. We stand behind the quality of our CuffBelt designs and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase. Due to the luxury and handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a transparent, thoughtful, and respectful return policy as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories (including cufflink buckle and storage pouch) are included
- The item shows no signs of wear, scratches, or buckle usage
The product was not a custom, personalized, or final sale item
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for size adjustments or design preferences (subject to availability). Please contact us to reserve the replacement item before sending your original order back.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized belts
- Final sale or promotional items
- Products showing signs of wear or tampering
Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process
- Request Return Authorization:
Email support@dsvelte.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. - Receive Instructions:
Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Ship the Product:
Securely package the product, including all original components. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will replace or refund as needed, at no additional cost.
International Orders
Returns for international orders follow the same conditions. However, duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the parcel.
Proof of Purchase Required
A valid order number or proof of purchase from dsvelte.com is required for all returns and exchanges.
